Low acid, low bitterness.

We have the Alley Cat on Subscription. It is our go to coffee. Always makes an enjoyable cup of coffee that doesn't have a strong bitter taste. In fact, because of how the coffee is roasted, we're able to use LESS creamer, which is good for making it less calories.
