Subscriptions

If you wish to cancel your Subify subscription, you can do so easily by following these steps:

1. Visit the Subify customer portal at https://portal-subify.hengam.io/
2. Log in with your Subify account credentials
3. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section
4. Find your active Subify subscription and click "Cancel Subscription"
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation

Please note that after cancelling, you will still have access to Subify until the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not auto-renew after that date. If you change your mind, you can always reactivate your subscription from the customer portal before it expires.
